Chris has been working very hard.
Uncle rj came over to fix electrical & also helped with some sheetrocking!
Chris decided to put a sheet up to kind of keep the dust in the kitchen! I had a layer of dust all over my house! Its slowly coming together! We aren't in any real big hurry because our cabinets don't come in until the first maybe second week of july!
This is the recent Work going on in the kitchen!
The first two photos are from sunday morning, Bud decided to use momma's belly as a race track!
The last two photos are from sunday night. I glanced over & he was passed out! One tired little boy! He was laying on my belly but his little sibling was kicking him..it became very uncountable..and distracting..so I moved him right next to me!

I thought I would share these photos of Bud enjoying his ice cream!
We decided to treat him to Ice cream bc he did not go potty in his pants after holding it for almost 15 min!!! There was just not an available bathroom!! We were so surprised & proud of him holding it!!
Way to go Bud!
Yesterday we had a baby dr appt. I had to reschedule it for later on the afternoon, well since I had to reschedule it, chris was not able to come with me. I was a little but nervous about bringing with me bc at the first appointment we went to he was.....I little bit hyper! I think he was just super excited!
Bud did so awesome yesterday, even with my dr running half hour behind!
He was so cute. I hopped up on the scale to get weighed (I dread this part bc I know I haven't gained any weight). After the nurse weighed me bud hopped up there. Then I had to give a urine sample, so bud went potty too. Then I had my blood pressure checked. He wanted his blood pressure checked too, but the nurse already walked out the room! Good thing we have a play dr kit at home, I told him I would check his at home.
We waited patiently for a few more minutes. My dr came in. Went over my blood Work from the last appt-all good. Declined the test for DS testing.
She asked me how big bud was when he was born, I said 5lbs 11oz at 39 weeks. She said, I would say baby has a growing deficiency, but I don't think that's the case, I think its just bc you are so tiny. If you were to have a 7-8lb baby you would probably have a lot of complications with delivery. So, we will continue to watch baby.
We have an u/s on July 2, the full anatamy scan & to possibly find out the sex of baby, if baby cooperates!
It will be interesting to see how big this baby is bc at 20 weeks bud was right on track, it wasn't until after 30 weeks that he started getting behind in size.
I'm a little nervous, even though with this one I started 'popping' out sooner then bud, I feel like I an smaller with this one. Maybe the baby is in a different position? This baby does seem higher then bud was. Maybe bc my body has 'already' gone through this its easier for me to 'pop' out more?
I haven't gained any weight with this one so far, but I didn't start gaining weight until half way through with bud. But, I thought I would gain more weight with this one bc I havnt felt sick, with bud I was sick ALL THE TIME.
Honestly-Im feelinga little discouraged. May just be my pregnancy emotions...
Moving on....
My dr prescribed an anti viral med for me bc I keep getting cold sores (near the mouth)! I have had 3 in the past month & a half! I got cold sores all the time with bud, my dr last time prescribed cream (like confophenic, lypsol) but stronger? Yeah it didn't Work. So, I thought I would give this anti viral a try this time around. My dr said bc im pregnant my immune system is down, so that's why they keep popping up.
I am having more intense pain in the right tummy area then what I remember having with bud, I was pretty sure it was ligaments stretching but I wanted to mention it to my dr. What she said was usually after your first child, since everything is looser, its easier for things to stretch out more, which is why its more intense with this second baby. Makes sense!
We also heard babys h/b! Bud was so excited hearing it. He said, baby..! The biggest grin on his face.
My doctor said baby sounds healthy. As long as I continue to feel baby move to not worry about anything.
When we walked out of the room after our appt was done, my doctor had 3 stickers for bud! Bud, was pretty excited about that!
Prayer request: Pray I gain weight!!

Next week is our next baby dr appt then we *should* have the 'big' ultrasound scheduled within a week or two from that! So, we *could* find out what sex the baby is within 2-3 weeks!!

Any guesses to what sex the baby is?? ;-)

Chris would like a boy...I finally wiggled out of him why he wanted a boy...(if you really want to know you can ask me in person) :-)
Although these are our preferences, bottom line is we want a healthy baby. God has a special plan for our little family, we will be happy/content with whatever He decides to bless us with!
A little blessing, last night & this morning baby is moving a lot more! I was becoming a little concerned bc the last time I felt baby really move was over ladies retreat (over a week ago). Chris told me to not get discouraged.
Well, during the Choir special this baby started moving...a lot.
This baby is definitely different then bud already. Bud was like a little alien trying to escape from my womb. Even the first u/s of bud he was wiggling all crazy. This baby was just sitting all calm.
I never get tired of feeling & seeing (from the outside) the precious little baby God has blessed our family with move & wiggle. It is truly a blessing, especially after 2 1/2 years of waiting On God's perfect timing.
