I decided to wake up really early so that way I could have time to do my school in the morning Before Bud gets up, WELL, Just my luck, my school work was Not loading (took over an hour to load) Finally loaded about 15 min before I was about to leave the house! Can't catch a break!

Sooo...I had to do my school the last half of the day =/


Bud fell asleep outside mommy's bedroom door while he was waiting for her to finish her school.


Please pray I find a good schedule...I hate missing time with my hubby & boy!!!

I am...

VERY TIRED....ACTUALLY.......EXHAUSTED!!!
I have a VERY busy schedule of school, even though I am only taking 1 class...(technically 2 but one of my classes is a 2 day Saturday class). Trying to balance my daily duties of house wife...mom...and schooling...All I am thinking is, "What did I get myself into..?!" Then want to CRY!!!! I have been doing very well....over the past month or so at NOT STRESSING....yeah. not so much anymore.. =/


Just pray for me.

Well, that WAS Fast!!!!
It was only last night I posted about my school & asking prayer that I get into one of my classes! Well, I Just heard back from the professor & she has accepted me into her class!!!!!!!!

Let the craziness begin!!!!

school

I (Jeanne') Am going back to school to finish my degrees! Within the next year I should have 2 Associate Degrees (1 in Business Management & 1 in Office Tech) & 7 certificates under those 2 degrees completed! I am very excited & a little nervous! But, I decided I would like to finish them! Last time I took a class was 2 years ago (online), last time I took a class on campus was almost 3 years ago!

I kind of got a 'late' start this quarter & wasn't expecting to start this soon. I was put on the waiting list for 2 classes! I just recieved word that I got into 1 of my classes. Please pray that I get into my last class! I REALLY would like to (NEED) to get into this class This Quarter!!!!!

Please keep me in prayer as I begin this adventure, once again in my life!

At my parent's house this weekend we heard 2 little boys in the refrigerator...Jakob & Bud were looking for yogurt! These boys LOVE yogurt!

Papa's 70th Birthday

This past Saturday was Papa Pepper's 70th Birthday!! We went & had professional photos done at JCP! Then we went to my parent's house for Linner (Lunch/Dinner)!

Big Splash!

Look at that mischievous smile...let me explain why he is smiling so big..
I stepped out of the bathroom to put laundry into the dryer. I hear this, "mommy, moma, moma, mommy..." I step into the bathroom & Bud splashes me! What a Big splasher (as you can tell by the drops of water on his head)!

Obadiah Loves to play on our back porch! He also likes to 'work on' dad's bike. (there is nothing wrong with his bike, just an excuse for our boy to get dirty ;) In this last photo, he just bumped his head. I know, it is sad. But, I was able to capture how dirty his head & hands were! He will probably be a grease monkey like his papa & daddy when he is older. Those broxton men LOVE to get dirty!

a mess

I was making pie crust for chicken pot pie & bud wanted to help. I try & have him help me with different things around the house. I LOVE the fact that he has a helping heart! Even though it usually takes me longer to do something & or it turns into A HUGE MESS...I Love It! It Is sooo much fun, it is also a great bonding time! Precious time for me to show my son how to do something, time for my son to build skills. Priceless. So are the photos below! ;)

Fall!

I am so ready for this season!

I have no idea WHY I want FALL TO COME. Could it be I am tired of it being hot? Possibly. I love the type of weather where you can where jeans & tshirts with a light sweater! Also, the 'change' of season, in my opinion IS BEAUTIFUL!!!

Obadiah's 2nd birthday is quickly approaching. I would like the leaves to turn so we could have his 2 year old photos outside! =) So change leaves change!!=)

I updated our blog to a 'fall-ish' background-i.love.it! How does it look? Is the font easier to read? Is it hard to read? Is the orange too bright? Does it hurt your eyes. I am asking because I want our blog to be 'easy' on the eyes. I have gone to some websites where....my eyes hurt (but, I have REALLY sensitive eyes). So, share your opinion!

Reasons for Trials

A friend of mine (Jenny Bodin)shared this with me, I thought I would share it in my blog. It was a huge blessing & encougement to me.

1) God could be keeping you from a bigger trial you could not handle.
2) It is not always about you (God could be using your trial for your witness to speak to someone else who sees you going through it, while still praising God).
3 God wants to recieve the Glory for the Victory of whatever trial you are going through.

I am currently reading a book 'Finding God's Path Through Your Trials' (His Help for Every Difficulty You Face). I am also still doing the study 'Beautiful in God's Own Eyes'. Both Books by the Author Elizabeth George. I am not liking these books very much. Not because they are bad. Just because I am not liking what I am reading...if you get my drift. My mother in law says, "Keep Reading, Your not liking it because You Need it!" Which, Is So.....true. So, I keep reading....slowly. ;)

The first book I mentioned 'Finding God's Path Through Your Trials' (His Help for Every Difficulty You Face), I am in the 'begining' part. Where it talks about Counting Your Trial As JOY. Counting involves careful diliberate judgement. In the end we are supposed to look at the trial-whatever it is-and count it as JOY! And, what a HARD thing that Is to Do!!! But, I have been working very hard on it....very hard. Another qoute from the book is 'Counting trials as joy is a matter of faith, not feelings'.
